This private residence is located in Boyana, Sofia’s most exclusive residential district, between two streets, both leading up the government residences of the Bulgaria’s highest dignitaries – the president and the prime minister. The design is borrowing elements from northern German architecture of the 19th century – reflecting our client’s heritage and up-bringing in Hamburg.

The home is meant to represent. It is lush and wide in layout, featuring vistas to both mountain and city. It includes detached living quarters for personnel, a grand staircase, a four-storey elevator, a six car garage and a stately drive way.
