The project started with one objective; to complete the shell and core of the building with a semi- finished ready to move-in interior. The house was intended to be rented to expat families. The design brief changed due to change in ownership. The new landlord asked us to stay on the job and finish it but changed the specs of materials since the intention was to use the house as a personal week end retreat.

Key features include bespoke and Italian furniture, marble and hard-wood floors, marble staircase, custom kitchen with walnut work-top and an additional 15 sq.m. balcony on the second level.
