LIEBHERR Bulgaria manufactures refrigerators in three countries; Germany, Austria and Bulgaria. In light of its ambition to become market leader world wide – the LIEBHERR Haushaltsgeräte branch in Plovdiv is enlarging its production capacities with an additional logistics centre. The new building is connected to the older production facilities via an over ground 800 m long umbilical arm , which serves as a transportation tunnel to move production to the temporary storage area.

The facility is designed to the highest international standards in environmental design, energy efficiency and fire protection, exceeding local building codes and meeting highest insurance standards. Being a logistics centre great our foal point was the interface between loading and unloading, between in/ out coming trucks & railway cars and the building. Great care has been applied into selection of products that will enable best possible loading and unloading and transition between in/ out door with minimal energy loss.
