Project description

While assessing the redevelopment cost for the entire project, which consists of a production facility, several auxiliary buildings, power-stations and an office building a SWOT analysis showed that the cost of rehabilitation of the office building exceeds such cost for a new building of the same size.

Construction cost for a new building are agreeable but further aspects like:
- Operational/ Brand and Esteem value
- Efficiency and performance
- Function are factored into the decision which ultimately led to the decision to build a new building.
